Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationships with some of the industry's leading operators.

Our Energy division is seeking a Work Pack Developer. This role will be based in Darwin on a Monday to Friday basis. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to maintenance requirements
  • Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
  • Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
  • Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
  • Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
  • Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
  • Reporting activity status (Schedule management)

What you will bring

  • Mechanical or Electrical Trade or Engineering Qualification
  • Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore maintenance environment
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • A “Can do attitude’ that’s able to work autonomously or in a team driving work scope development from notification through to execution with minimal support.
  • A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements.
  • Desirable but not essential: P6 planning tool experience
