We’re recruiting for a full-time Electrical Activity Planner to join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin. This role will ensure quality delivery of electrical works to ensure compliance with Company Maintenance Plans and Performance Standards, in conjunction with applicable codes, Australian standards, and specifications. They will oversee work scope estimation, resourcing, development of work packs, material procurement and temporary equipment management in support of various electrical works across site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, planning and scheduling all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities
• Development of corrective work orders from notification
• Development of an integrated maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisor/leads (including PM, PDM, and non-emergency repair work orders).
• Reviewing and identifying changes needed to PM program (based on activity results) and/or changes to equipment design and/or inventory management practices to optimize the overall maintenance process
• Assist asset planners/Schedulers to deliver executable work for onshore facilities
• Resource estimation, work pack build, activity planning and basic scheduling of operation outages and package maintenance
• Collaboration with facility short, mid and long term planning teams for accurate work scope scheduling
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, understanding all supply forecasts and ensure that vendors adhere to any and all processes and standards
• Review and provide feedback/actions from all vendor and third party compliance reports
• SAP training and answering client queries

What you’ll bring:

• Technical trade or Electrical Engineering Diploma
• High Voltage planning/maintenance experience preferred
• EEHA planning/maintenance experience preferred
• Experienced in using SAP
• Similar experience as a maintenance scheduler/planner in the resources industry
• Maintenance scheduling using SAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Proof of right to work in Australia
