Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Project Officer to join our Chinchilla Branch on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the project team and will carry out a wide range of tasks, from creating permits and work pack documentation to raising POs and reporting. This is a Chinchilla based position, both local (Monday - Friday) or a DIDO roster will be considered.

What you will bring

Previous experience in a Site/Project Administration role
Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deliver a message effectively
A proactive and motivated mindset, someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team
The ability to adapt to change, work well under pressure and learn new processes
Excellent attention to detail
Valid Australian Driver Licence
Proof of right to work in Australia
