Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking expressions of interest from Civil Supervisors to join our Chinchilla Branch, working on brownfield projects across the Surat Basin.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will carry out a wide range of activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met. This position will be based on site with a DIDO 10:4 or 2:1 roster.

What you will bring

Demonstrable experience in a Civil Supervisor role within the resources or construction sector
Site based experience with oil and gas, CSG and live dig (highly regarded)
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
Valid Australian Driver Licence
Proof of right to work in Australia
