Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Chinchilla-based team on a permanent basis, supporting operations across the Surat Basin.

This is a local role offering stability, career development, and the benefit of being home every night.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading toolbox meetings and safety conversations.

• Creation of HSE work packs.

• Assisting in the writing and presenting of HSE reports.

• Development and implementation of HSE management plans.

• Conducting incident investigations.

• Providing HSE advice.

• Reviewing and creating work permits and JHA’s/ SWMS.

• Conducting audits.

What you will bring

• Minimum 3 years’ site-based experience in a HSE role within the resources industry, preferably within Oil and Gas maintenance.

• Minimum diploma in OHS or higher.

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of appropriate Australian Safety legislation, standards and codes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software.

• Commitment to safety and compliance.

• Proof of right to work in Australia.
