Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. 

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Civil Supervisors for upcoming project works in the Surat Basin.

This is a DIDO role on a 2:2 roster with accommodation provided.

The role of Civil Supervisor will see you working on brownfield projects in the Surat Basin and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring
  • Minimum of 4 year’s supervisory experience in the resources sector 
  • Oil & Gas and CSG experience highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in Turnarounds and brownfields highly desirable
  • The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
  • A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
  • A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
