Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated HSE Coordinator to join our Queensland Operations commencing mid-March 2025, for a 2-month duration, with potential for ongoing work.

The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for providing advice and support to our project teams whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards during a Power Station Outage. This position will see you working a 6 day on 1day off continuous roster arrangement during the outage, based in Regional QLD, and 1 week post outage from our Brisbane office.

The successful candidate will have well developed interpersonal and written communication skills, be team oriented and flexible to work within a demanding environment. A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise will see you thrive in this role.

What you will bring

• A diploma or tertiary qualification in WHS

• Relevant (site based) power generation industry experience as a HSE professional

• Experience with the facilitation of incident investigations

• Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

• A strong understanding and working knowledge of HSE legislation, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice

• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

• Proof of right to work in Australia
