Monadelphous is seeking a Commercial Systems Implementation Coordinator to join our Innovation team on a permanent basis in Brisbane.

This role combines commercial business knowledge, systems implementation and continuous improvement to complete the successful rollout and ongoing optimisation of key commercial systems across our Maintenance and Industrial Services business. While an initial focus will be the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the role extends beyond a single system and will help shape how commercial systems and processes evolve across the business.

Working closely with operational, commercial and functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capability and support better business outcomes through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the rollout, adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the business.
Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver improvements to commercial systems and business processes.
Translate business requirements into practical system enhancements and solutions
Coordinate implementation and improvement initiatives across internal teams and external vendors.
Support stakeholder engagement, testing, change management and user adoption.
Maintain system documentation, procedures and training materials.
Drive continuous improvement across commercial systems, reporting and business processes.

What You Will Bring

Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how systems support business performance.
Experience delivering business system implementations, enhancements or improvement initiatives.
The ability to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into solutions and drive outcomes.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Highly Regarded:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience within construction, maintenance, engineering, mining, resources or industrial services environments.
Exposure to Power BI, reporting platforms or system integrations.
Experience supporting organisational change and system adoption.
