Monadelphous are seeking a proactive Training Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team on a casual basis, supporting a shutdown in Blackwater running from Aug-Sept 2026

This is a busy role that will see you supporting our shutdown team to maintain training data integrity, on site in Blackwater.

Key Responsibilities include:

Order and control site clothing
Filing and Scanning
Managing Training and Inductions for employees and subcontractors
Dealing with email, phone & in person enquiries
Maintaining registers (data entry)

What you will bring

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administration role
Experience in Training practices highly desirable.
Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
A focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
Proof of right to work in Australia.
