The opportunity

Monadelphous is accepting applications to their Rigging traineeship program that will provide the successful candidate a Certificate III in Rigging over a 12 – 18 month period.

This program will combine on-the-job learning with full-time employment to enable the candidate to become an intermediate rigger whilst gaining experience in the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Commitment to completing a traineeship over 18 months
• Attending training as outlined in your training plan
• Commitment to working safely in a team
• Commitment to achieving your qualification and progressing in your career
• Open to working across multiple projects in the construction industry

What you will bring:

• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Rigging (experience not required)
• Valid Australian manual driver’s licence
• Keen interest and commitment to your pathway
• Understanding of the FIFO industry and lifestyle
