Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking expression of interest for high-calibre E&I Project Engineers to work across our Oil & Gas, Engineering and Construction, and Maintenance divisions. 

We have a range of Perth based and FIFO opportunities across our various business units. These roles offer permanent or project-based opportunities with plenty of ongoing projects thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workpack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements.
  • Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work.
  • Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
  • Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience working in an Electrical Project Engineering capacity.
  • Proven experience developing project/construction schedules, work packs, and progress reports.
  • Strong written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management.
  • Prior experience with projects, servicing maintenance, shutdowns and brownfields upgrades for the mining sector is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work.
  • Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule.
  • Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
