Description & Requirements

We’re currently seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our team, supporting the commercial function and project manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Local Perth based role, working Monday to Friday at our Client head office

Key Responsibilities:

Managing commercial registers
Minor document control
General administration tasks (e.g. onboarding new starters, coordinating with IT for offshore staff, organising meetings and events)
Assembling and maintaining project documents for projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Working cooperatively with personnel logistics group team and project focals to achieve goals

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in an office administration position or similar within a mining, construction or industrial environment
Previous experience with SAP is highly regarded
Strong organisational and communication skills
A team player who can adapt to changing priorities
