Description & Requirements

The role of Hi Rail Excavator Operator will see you working with our Rail Operations Maintenance team in Newcastle, NSW and responsible for operating Hi-Rail equipment, excavators / loaders / semi-trailers and trucks. The role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday. As our team expands across Australia, you can expect long term career development and training opportunities.

What you will bring:

• Drivers Licence - HC Preferred
• Track Machine Operator (TMO) ticket - essential
• Excavator and/or Front End Loader tickets
• Rail Industry Workers (RIW) card
• Safely Access the Rail Corridor - SARC Certificate
• Hi-Rail equipment experience / excavators / loaders / semi-trailers / trucks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can do attitude with the ability to work well and within a team
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Willing and able to work away from home (Interstate)
• Must be within an hours drive max from Newcastle
